Tropical Shrimp Quinoa

Ingredients
1 package of medium size shrimp 180g1 cup of raw quinoa 1 medium sized red bell pepper1 mango
Directions
1. Peel shrimp and put to the side
2. Cook quinoa (follow directions on the package)
3. Cook shrimp in a pan with some oil over medium heat until pink
4. Add chopped red pepper and continue cooking until it has softened a bit
5. Peel and chop up your mango
6. Pour cooked quinoa, shrimp and red pepper, and mango into a large bowl and mix.
7. Eat your amazingly colourful and delicious meal
