Ingredients
*Bob's Red Mill White Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)Honey, 3 tbsp (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 5 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)*Zucchini (Grated), 3 cup (remove)Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), 1 serving (remove)Egg white, large, 2 serving (remove)*Orange Zest (1 serving = 1Tbs of orange peel), 1 serving (remove)Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 16 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl and dry ingredients in another. Mix until just moist. Batter will be thick. Stir in chocolate chips. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min
