Cauliflower Pizza Crust: 350 cals for the whole pizza

Ingredients
Cauliflower (one large head) (grated on box grater or in food processor: squeeze dry)1/2 cup mozzarella (part skim) shredded2 Tbsp parmesan cheese2 eggs (may omit yolks if desired)Seasonings
Directions
450 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out. Add toppings. Return to oven for another 20 minutes. (Cook on parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray then placed on pizza stone in oven).
