Cheddar Asparagus Scallion Baked Omelet

Ingredients
Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1ser.=1oz.=28g), 112 gram(s)Asparagus, fresh, 2 cupScallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 clovesEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 largeButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Chop scallions, garlic and asparagus. Melt butter in the cast iron skillet. Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, scallions, garlic, asparagus and half of the cheese. Pour into skillet.

Place skillet in oven., for 15 to 20 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. If you want a crispier cheese crust on top, broil for 2 minutes.
