Ingredients
Chicken breastbroccoli slawfried plantain slicesfresh fruit skewers
Directions
Combine seasonings with olive oil, rub chicken breast & set aside in frigerator for 20 minutes to marinate. Preheat grill to 375 then grill chicken breast 3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches{165} be sure to get diamond grill marks, baste chicken with sweet chili mango sauce when done. Grill bread lightly, set aside. Assemble sandwich with fresh arugula, sliced tomatoes, chicken breast, topp with remainding sweet chili sauce, bread, cut in half, garnish with fruit skewers & broccoli slaw
