Ingredients
7 roma tomatoes, diced4.125 oz sweet onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp. dried basil1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper4 Tbsp olive oil3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar4.625 oz fresh mozzarella cheesesalt to taste (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Dice tomatoes and onion. Mince onion. Combine all ingredients and mix. Salt to taste. Refrigerate overnight.
