Tuna Brown Rice LOW CALORIES

Ingredients
1/3C Uncooked brown rice2/3 cup waterHalf a can of Sealord Tunalite lightly Smoked TunaOptional: 15g of the Good Taste food company's Cucumber and mint yoghurt dip.
Directions
1. Put rice in pan and cook with water via the adsorption method. This is where all the time for the cooking goes. In cooking the blimen rice.

2. Add half a tin of the Tunalite and stir with a fork.

Optional, 3. Add the Yoghurt at the same time as the tuna and stir into rice.

4. Heat in microwave for thirty seconds (depending on your microwave) to heat tuna through!

5. Eat up!
