1 12 oz can Peaches and Cream Corn1 19 oz can Red Kidney Beans1 450 ml can Diced Stewed Tomatoes Chili Style6 Cloves of Garlic (Diced)1/2 Large White Onion4 Large White Button Mushrooms (chopped small)1.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef 85%.5 Tbsp Johnny's Seasoning dash of Hot Pepper flakes (Optional)
In a non-stick pan brown onions, then cook the ground beef. Add the Johnny's Seasoning. While this is cooking add the mushrooms.
In another pot combine the Corn, Beans and Tomatoes and bring to boiling. To this add the cooked onions, beef and mushrooms.
Saute the diced garlic then add to the pot.
Mix well then serve or put into containers for freezing.
Serving Size: Makes 7 1 cup servings
