Oopsie Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs (separated)4 oz cream cheese1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Beat egg whites until very stiff. Combine egg yolks, cream cheese and baking powder. Fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture. Spoon 6 servings onto non stick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300F for 25 minutes or until golden.
