Orange-Glazed Tofu

Ingredients
2 Tbsp vegetable oil2 garlic cloves, minced12 oz Nasoya Organic Sprouted Extra Firm Tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes6 Tbsp orange juice1 tsp orange zest2 Tbsp soy sauce1/4 cup chopped scallions1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
1. Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds. Add tofu and cook until lightly golden (8 minutes).
2. While tofu is cooking, prepare sauce - mix all remaining ingredients together.
3. When tofu is golden, pour in the sauce and continue to cook on medium heat until sauce has been absorbed (5 minutes).
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
