Turkey Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
12 whole wheat lasagna noodlesClassico Pasta Sauce -(I used Portobello)6 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese 1 lb. ground turkey1 med yellow onion, chopped1/3 C. weight watcher mexican shredded cheese1/2 t. Italian dried herbs
Directions
Cook turkey & onion in a frying pan until no pink shows. Stir in a 1/2 C. of sauce and 1/4 t. of Italian herbs. In a large pot boil water add noodles and boil according package directions. Apporx. 12 minutes. Drain noodles. Mix cheese wedges with 1/4 t. dried herbs. Spread 1 t. onto the noodles top with a heaping spoon full of meat mixture. Even out the length of the noodle. Begin at one end and roll up the noodle. Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam. Top with remaining 1 1/2 C. sauce. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, top with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes more.
