Ingredients
kale, raw, 2 cup (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Apples, fresh, 1.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)Orange Juice, 1.2 cup (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .3 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Blend all with orange juice and 1 cup water, strain. OR juice all veggies and fruit in juicer then add OJ.
