Slow Cooker Chorizo and Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Chorizo 75gButternut Squash 1 largeOnion 1 largeChicken Stock (or vegetable stock if veggie)
Directions
Put chicken stock in slow cooker, add chopped butternut squash
Fry chorizo for 4 minutes then add to slow cooker
Use oil from chorizo to fry onion until soft, then add this to slow cooker
Season with chilli flakes, garlic, and black pepper
Leave to simmer away in slow cooker on low setting for about 6 hours
