Ingredients
Pink Salmon (fish) - 100 gGarlic - 100 gOlive Oil - 3 tbspParsley, dried - 1 tspBlack Pepper - 1 tspSalt - 0.5 dash
Directions
1. clean smash and slice garlic into very small pieces.
2. Roast garlic using the olive oil and set aside.
3. clean salmon and spread black pepper and parsley on top and pan fried.
4. take the pan fried salmon and place the roasted garlic on top of the salmon and serve.
