Wafers Par Ida (Egg on Wafers/ Chips)

Ingredients
1 medium egg25 gms wafers/ chips1 tbspn butter/ ghee1 tbspn finely chopped onion1 tspn ginger garlic paste1/2 tspn chilli powder/ chopped green chillies1 tspn chopped coriander1 white/ wholemeal roll
Directions
In a pan heat some butter, add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander and let the onions cooked.

Crush the wafers/ chips and put on this cooked mixture and immediately add the egg. Cover up until the eggs are cooked. Take care not to make the wafers/ chips soggy.

Toss in between the roll and serve it hot
