* Tomato Sauce, 3.5 cup (remove) * Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove) * Beans, red kidney, 3.5 cup (remove) * Meatless Ground Meat: .5 cup

Mix 3 cans of beans, tomato sauce, and meatless ground meat (a little goes a long way!). Add desired seasonings (onion, garlic, a little sugar, cumin, chili powder, etc) to taste.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
