Tamara's Beef & Broccolli

Ingredients
Beef Stew Meat, 38 oz *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Broccoli, fresh, 3 bunch 3 oz baby carrots, 16 oz Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced
Directions
Slice stew beef thinly (slices easier if partially frozen). Brown in skillet with crushed garlic cloves and chopped onions. Put in crock pot or pot, add soy sauce, water, chopped fresh broccoli, carrots, and water. Bring to boil and reduce temperature. Simmer 2-3 hours.
