1 pound salmon1/2 red onion chopped2 tsps of soys sauce2 tsp seasame oilsaltpeppersmall knob of ginger1 garlic clove3 tsp sunflower oil
Directions
ground ingredients, coat with sunflower oil, cook on hot grill pan for 5 minutes per side, servce.
