Ingredients
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 4 servingApple Sauce-Natural-no sugar added(4oz), 2 servingApple juice, unsweetened, .25 cupThyme, ground, 1 tbspPepper, black, .5 tbspCider Vinegar, .25 cupSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
put chicken in baking dish, cover with thyme, pepper and sea salt. Top each breast with some apple sauce, pour the apple juice around (not on top of) the chicken. Add the vinegar. Back 35-40min at 350.
