Onion Tuna Salad

1 small can tuna (2.7 oz)1 tsp mayonnaise1 tbs Greek yogurt, plain, 2%1/2 tsp Onion salt1/4 cup chopped cucumber1 slice chopped onion1/4 cup shredded Romaine Lettuce1/2 whole wheat pita (6.5 ")
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt and onion salt. Stir in the chopped onion and cucumber. Gently fold in the tuna, mixing until just combined.
Microwave the pita for 20 seconds to soften it. Then fill with lettuce and tuna salad.
