Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingredients
Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice and rind of one whole lemon, 1 serving (remove)*Flour, white, 0.25 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)Milk, 2%, 1.75 cup (remove)
Directions
Beat whites with 1/4 cup of sugar until stiff.

Combine flour, remaining sugar, lemon juice and rind, and yolks. Mix in milk.

Fold in whites.

Bake in water bath 45 minutes.
