Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Ragu, Carb Options Alfredo Sauce, 1/4 cup (61g), 2 serving (remove)*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 2 oz (remove)Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Lavash Bread (1/2 lavash), 2 serving (remove)Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 16 strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated) -(2 tsp), .5 tsp (remove)
Preheat oven broiler to 450-475 degrees (top rack). Spray pizza pan or pizza stone with olive oil Cooking Spray. Bake Lavash bread 2-3 minutes to "toast" crust, watching closely (burns quickly/easily). Once crust is done, remove from oven and spread on alfredo sauce. Sprinkle meat evenly, then peppers, followed by mushrooms, then sprinkle with reduced-fat feta and parmesan cheeses. Bake 12-15 minutes, depending on veggie softness desired. Upon removal from oven, allow to cool 5 mins. Season with black pepper prior to searving. Cut and enjoy!
