Curry Chicken & Broccoli with Rice

1lb cooked cubed chicken5 cups frozen or fresh chopped broccoli1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli soup1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 cup Mayonnaise1/2 cup Nonfat Milk2 tsp Curry Powder2 tsp Lemon Juice1/4 tsp Black Pepper2 Cups Low Fat Shredded Cheese8 Servings of cooked Brown Rice
layer the broccoli and cooked chicken together in a 9x14 baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix togther the mayonnaise, cream of broccoli and cream of chicken soup. Add lemon juice, milk, curry powder and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the broccoli & chicken and top with shredded cheese. Then bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve a cup of the chicken & broccoli bake over a serving of hot rice.
*This makes a lot but it is so easy to reheat & eat through the week when your short on time.
