Berry Cobler Cup

Ingredients
1.5 tbs skim milk1.5 tbs whole-wheat flour2 tsp sugar.25 tsp baking powder1/3 cup fresh berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)2 tbs Reddi Wip
Directions
Coat a coffee mug with cooking spray. Add the milk, flour, sugar and baking powder and stir with a fork until well combined. Stir in half the berries. Then pour the remaining berries on top. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Cool slightly before eating. If desired, top with a small amount of Reddi Whip (or Cool Whip non dairy topping).
