Baked Garlic and Herb Haddock

Ingredients
1 1lb Fresh haddock filet1/4 Cup water1 TBS Country Crock margarine1/4-1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend*Bake 2 filets and add leftovers to a salad or pita next day.****Important note: Mrs. Dash pours out FAST, take care not to overseason.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add 1/4 cup water to glass 13 X 9" baking dish. Divide 1 tbs of margarine into 6-8 small bits and space evenly in water in the baking dish. Place fish filet on margarine. Sprinkle top of fish with 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning blend.
Cover with aluminum wrap and bake approx 20 minutes until fish breaks apart easily with pressure.
1 1lb filet serves 2.

    Very easy to make! I made my own garlic and herb seasoning (don't have Mrs. Dash on hand - and did not add salt to the seasoning mix, which cut down a little on the sodium) - will definately make again! - 3/25/10
