Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7")*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Ginger Root, 2 tsp Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
Cut cauliflower into florets and wash.
To hot oil add cumin and grated ginger and hing. After a few min of sauteing add the washed cauliflower florets and cover. Keep on medium-high heat and stir occasionally.
When florets are tender add turmeric, chilli powder and salt to taste. Halfway through add thawed peas and stir.
Add cumin and coriander powder and cover.
Turn off heat when cooked and leave the lid on for a few more min for the vegetable to cook in steam.
