Prep the vegtables, put the pan on the stove heat the oil and add the vegtables in stages, putting the caulifour flourets on first, then the Carrots, Onions, garlic. Cook this stiring and add the wine for some more flavor and moisture. I recommend any dry white wine. The veal is seasoned with the garlic, and onion powder, dried parsley, salt and Pepper. The veal is added to the pan after the vegtables are well on their way to being cooked.
Cook this on the stove top. Add the oil, and heat. Add the caulifour and cook it, add the carrots after it has cooked for a while, also add the celery add the onion and garlic and cook the vegtables until they start looking more cooked.
In a separate bowl season the veal with the garlic, onion powders, salt and pepper. Cook the stir fry and move it around the pan. Use a medium heat.
Serving Size: It serves 4. about 3/4 cup per serving.
