Bananna Bars

Banana, fresh, 3 mashedApple Sauce /3 cup Oats, 2 cup Raisins 1/2 cup, packed Almond Milk 1/4 cupVanilla, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
mix ingredients and Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

Variations:
Quinoa Flakes instead of Oats
Craisins for Raisins
Add nutmeg
Add nuts, experiment but be sure they are raw
Add nuts
