Oven Baked Chicken "Chimichanga"

3 Chicken Breasts7 8" Tumaro Whole Wheat Tortillas3/4 C Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese3/4 C Newman's Own Marinara Sauce (Unseasoned crushed tomatoes would be better)Cumin, Paprika, Chili Powder, Salt, and Pepper to taste
Season chicken as desired (Cumin is the main thing to give that typical "Taco" flavor) and cook in a frying pan.
Chop up the chicken in small pieces when finished cooking.
Mix all ingredients, except tortillas, in a bowl.
Fill and wrap up the tortillas.
Put in baking or casserole dish, and bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, or until browned. It helps to spray some non-stick spray over the tortillas to help them brown without drying out.
