Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
4c. Spaghetti Squash, cooked & shredded 2t minced garlic 3 oz. cooked shrimp 2T. Butter (room temp)1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, gratedSalt & Pepper-optional
Directions
Cook and shred squash (10 minutes in microwave is easiest). Combine 1/8 c. Parmesan with all ingredients in frying pan and stir fry until browned and heated through. Top with remaining Parmesan and serve warm.
