Ingredients
Red Sour Cherries, 1 cup, without pits Yogurt, plain, low fat, 480 grams Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
Directions
in a blender add 1 cup fresh pitted sour cherries, 4 tsp brown sugar and 560 low fat plan yogurt. Blend until desired consistency. Freeze over night.
