Beef, mushroom and onion pasta bake

150g uncooked macaroni200g beef mince4 medium mushrooms diced1 medium onion diced1 large celery stalk dicedmaggi soup sachet0.25 cup seasoned breadcrumbs40g grated cheddar cheese
Serving Size: serves 4
Boil pasta in plenty of water until slightly under done. Drain.
Meanwhile brown beef in a nonstick pan, add diced vegetables and cook until slightly soft, approx 7-8 mins
Add soup powder and stir to coat cooked mixture, cook for 1-2 mins.
Add 1.5 cups water and bring to boil. When mixture has thickened slightly add pasta and transfer to an oven proof dish.
Top with crumbs then cheese and bake at 180c (350f) until top is brown and bubbly.
Serve with salad or vegetables for a complete meal.
