Southwestern Salad with Avocado Lime Dressing

Ingredients
Salad:2 cups chopped romaine lettuce1 cup chopped grape tomatoes1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels1/4 cup chopped spring onion1/4 cup chopped cilantro1 1/2 cup pinto beansGarnish:1/3 cup crushed tortilla chipsDressing:1 ripe avocado, mashed3/4 cup salsa (not chunky)1/2 cup sour cream (we use Tofutti)3 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions
Very straightforward--combine the salad ingredients, and whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss and garnish with tortilla chips!
