Silken Tofu, 11 oz box1 Tbsp raw cashew piecesRed bell pepper, roasted, including skin4 ounces water1 Tbsp (or more to taste) Mrs. Dash Southwestern seasoning1 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp rice vinegar1/2 tsp garlic powder1 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves Pinch of saltDash of black pepperDash of Stevia powder
Remove tofu from the box. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until everything is well-blended. Store unused portion in refrigerator for 5 days.
