Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1 Tbsp dijon mustard2 Tbsp honey2 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp hot sauce1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup white or yellow onion, minced
Directions
Slice chicken tenders in half crosswise. In a large, heavy-duty freezer storage bag, combine all ingredients except the chicken.

Mix together well. Add chicken tenders and seal bag. Place bag in small baking dish and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400°F. Coat baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and arrange chicken tenders in single layer in the
small baking dish. Drizzle with ½ cup of the reserved marinade. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
