20oz/570g pork, cubed4oz/120g mushrooms, in pieces2 small dessert apples, peeled, cored and sliced1 cup cloudy apple juice1 cup water1 tsp dried sage ( or 1 tbsp fresh)1/8 tsp sea saltfreshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to gas mark 3 325F 170C.
Place pork steaks in casserole dish and sprinkle over the sage, salt and black pepper. Add the mushrooms and apple slices. Pour over the apple juice and water.
