1 can low sodium white beans, drained and rinsed1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1 serving dried, mixed berries (about 40 grams)6 dates (1 serving)1 Tablespoon jarrow Pomegranate Juice 4X concentrate3 Tablespoons dry cocoa powder1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse.
Portion control: 3 servings, a generous 2/3 c. each. A serving is enough to spread almost a whole head of romaine.
Serving Size: Makes 6 generous 1/3 cup servings of dip. Add a little water or almond milk to make it thinner for a dressing.
