Ginger Soy Green Beans

Ginger RootSesame SeedsGreen BeansSesame OilSoy sauceCanola oil
Directions
Boil beans for about 3-5 minutes or until tender.

Heat canola oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant. Add cooked green beans, soy sauce, sesame oil and a dash of sesame seeds. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 half cup serving.
