2.5c warm water1T lemon juice3 T honey2 T oil1 t salt1 T yeast2 C white wheat flour ( I use King Arthur)3 C white flour
Mix water, juice, honey,oil and salt in large bow.
Mix yeast and flours in another bowl
Mix all together, knead for 10 mins, let rise 1hr
punch down,form into loaves, let rest 30 mins
cook 350 for 30-40min
Serving Size: makes 2 loaves
