Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/4 c butter3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 1/4 tsp baking soda1 c peanut butter3 c rolled oats6 oz chocolate chips1/2 cup sunflower kernels or chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine butter and sugars til creamy. Add eggs, vanilla & baking soda, mix well. Add peanut butter, mix well. Stir in oats, chips & sunflower kernels.
Place tsp full of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 12 - 15 min, until lightly brown.
