Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cupBaking Powder, 2.5 tspOat Bran, .125 cup Wheat bran, crude, .125 cup *Trader Joe's Organic Sugar, Evaporated Cane Juice, 6 tsp or 2 tbsp sweetner*Reduced fat 2 percent milk, 1.25 cup Eggland's Best Large Egg, 2 serving Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Apple Sauce Cinnamon Organic Trader Joe's, 127 gram(s)1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all dry goods together. Then mix eggs and milk separately. Mix together. Scoop out 1/4 cup per pancake onto hot griddle or pan. Butter, Smart Balance or PAM recommended.
