Fresh Veggie Salad

Ingredients
1 Red Pepper1 Yellow Pepper1 Medium sweet onion1 lg. Brocoli head1 container of grape tomatoes 3 large cucumbers with skin2 packages of Hidden Valley Ranch Italian mix1/3 cup red wine vinegar1cup olive oil 6 Tablespoons of water
Directions
clean and cut fresh veggies. Mix the dressing packets with the three ingredients, stir well pour over veggies, place in an air tight tupperware container. Turn upside down and store in refrigerator. This is really best when made the night before. Turn upright and shake around a bit and serve...lasts up to 4 days.
