Mama Smiths Chicken and Dumplins

4 chicken breasts uncooked 3 cans of biscuits3-4 cups of whole milksalt and pepper ( for taste)
In large pot add un cooked whole chicken breasts and fill the pot with water just a few inches over top of the chicken.
cook chicken for 30-40 minutes or until white all the way through.
Romove chicken from pot and set aside to cool. Leave water in pot
Romove biscuits from cans and tear into small pieces.
add 3-4 cups of whole milk to chicken water, bring to a boil.
take biscuits from cans and tear into pieces, add them to boiling milk. stir occasionally until it starts to thicken.
shred chicken and add to pot and continue to stir until biscuits are done and milk is gravy-like. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use your favorite vegetable as a side dish. Peas or salad go great with this recipe
