800g/28oz ground beef200g/7oz carrots, peeled & sliced200g/7oz mushrooms, chopped200g/7oz zucchini/courgette, peeled & chopped2 cups beef stock1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)1/3 tsp saltblack pepper
Directions
Place ingredients in slow cooked on low and leave to cook overnight.
