Ingredients
1 scoop of Amazing Grass Wheat Grass (powder)1 cup of organic apple juice1/4 cup of blueberry juice or 1/4 cup of frozen berries1/2 banana, fresh or frozen1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)1/2 cup of ice (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Serving Size: Makes one 12-oz serving; 16-oz if ice is added.
