Quick Burgers

Ingredients
15 oz can black beans (or other beans)2 Tbsp ketchup1 Tbsp mustard1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic1/3 cup instant oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F -
Drain and mash beans. Combine all ingredients. Divide into 4 burgers and place on non-stick pan. Bake for 10 mins, turn and bake another 10 mins. Can be made with any beans and/or spices.
