Ingredients
* 1 lb raw Ground Turkey * 2 large eggs * 1 cup Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute Dry * 1/2 small onion (raw, chopped fine) * 2 cloves garlic (pressed) * 1 tsp ground ginger * 1 cup lentils (canned are easiest, cooked if otherwise!) * 3 tbsp PC Memories of Mum's Kitchen Tangy Ginger Soya Sauce (+ extra for brushing on burgers if desired.
Directions
Combine ground turkey, beaten eggs, drained and rinsed lentils, finely chopped onion, sauce, and ground ginger in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined. Add oats a bit at a time until mixed with all ingredients and mixture reaches "patty consistency". If they seem a little dry or too wet, add a bit more sauce or oats until desired consistency is reached. Form into patties and cook either on BBQ or indoor grill until done (about 6-7 minutes per side). Brush with additional sauce partway through the cooking process.

Tips: Don't flip too early or your burgers may not stick together! If the sauce specified isn't available, substitute your favorite asian style ginger and soy based sauce.
