Peach, apple and mango smoothie. 294Kcals approx (This may depend on the size/variety of the apple as I have used smaller ones and made the total calories to be approx 265)1 pink lady apple 160grms frozen peach slices 80grms frozen mango chunks 100grms fat free yoghurt 50mls apple juice 20ml acai berry juice boost 1 tspn honey (optional and would reduce Kcals by approx 25 if left out)100mls water
Directions
no cooking required... Just blend all ingredients together in a smoothie maker or bender, pour and enjoy.
