Beths taco/burrito meat

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 can hunts fire roasted tomatoesi 4oz can hatch diced green chiles1/4 cup taco seasoning mix3/4 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced sweet peppers1/2 cup water
Directions
brown onions and peppers in non stick pan until tender..add ground beef and cook until beef is done. Add 1 can tomatoes, 1 can diced chiles, and the water. Add in taco seasoning mix..to taste... I use about a 1/4 cup per lb of beef..simmer for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve
