50g Skinless Chicken Breast1 block Kouya Tofu (16.5g)1 Egg White (large)1/2tbsp Chili Powder1/2tsp Cumin1/2tbsp Garlic Powder1/4tsp Black Pepper1/2tsp Red Pepper1/2tbsp Basil1 sec spray Pam2 slices Ajiwai Soft Shokupan (Japanese white bread)
Except for the bread and Pam, combine everything in a food processor and pulse until pasty. Heat a non-stick frying pan and spray with a 1 second spray of Pam. Use a spatula and put the paste into the frying pan. Use the spatula to shape the patty to the size and shape of your bread. Cook on low heat as you would a regular hamburger patty.
